At 4 weeks….
Baby size: A Poppy Seed (According to http://www.babycentre.com)
Symptoms: Does fatigue count? If not, none.
Physical changes: None at this point. The faint shadow of my six-pack (abs) is still visible. It’s only faint because I have been lax with my ab-workouts and nothing more. (I wish I had a better reason lol).
General feeling: Physically, I don’t feel any different save for being more tired than usual. Notwithstanding the tiredness, I can put in a full workout as normal.
Appetite: Normal but I haven’t been watching closely
